Wednesday

Breakfast:
yogourt with granola & 1/2 banana
coffee

Mid-morning snack:
grapes

Lunch:
salad, with greens, green & red peppers, mushroom, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, almonds and a boiled egg (obviously by the shear variety there wasn't an overabundance of each vegetable)
banana
green tea

Mid-afternoon snack:
hummus & carrots
grapes

Supper:
mashed potatoes, peas and shrimp
