With windchills of -35C Chris & I still made it outside. We shopped again at Sobeys for some more healthy eats...It really is expensive to eat healthy - and I have to keep reminding myself that it must be cheaper than eating out every day...It must be, mustn't it?
Breakfast/Brunch:
2 boiled eggs
2 slices of 12 grain toast
Mid-day snack:
peppermint tea
oat cake
Supper:
skillet (hashbrowns, peppers, onions & chicken bacon)
1 slice of 12 grain toast
glass of fruit/veggie juice
Night snack:
popcorn to go with our movie night
