yogourt & granola
glass of fruit/veggie juice
Mid-day snack:
1/2 banana
green tea
"Lupper":
salad, with mixed greens, 1 boiled egg, havarti cheese, sliced almonds, cucumber & carrot
hummus and 1/2 a pita
1/2 banana
handful of grapes
PM Snack:
remaining 1/2 pita & hummus
grapes
After returning home from work I had a bowl of oatmeal and a sleepy-time tea.
