I've come to the conclusion that I don't eat enough breakfast. I know that realistically, I should be eating 3 out of 4 food groups per meal, especially at breakfast, and I've only been getting cereal into me (since, unfortunately, coffee isn't it's own food group). I have a mid-day snack, usually a granola bar, and I'm famished before lunch. I wonder what those 'instant' breakfasts are like? Would you recommend? Likely not...anything in a can, requiring water to mix together with it to form a substance to drink that is supposed to offer all my nutritional needs makes me raise an eyebrow...
Any advice on quick, easy, healthy breakfast choices?
This 'healthy' eating thing is so much work.
