Sunday

I forgot to post my menu yesterday:

Breakfast/Brunch: (we never wake up early enough to eat twice between morning and afternoon on the weekend)
1 fairly large chocolate chip pancake*
coffee

Mid-day snack:
hummus, with pita and carrots
glass of fruit/veggie juice

Supper:
large bowl of chicken & wild rice soup
1/2 peanut butter sandwich

Evening snack:
caramel tea
popcorn (we watched another movie)

*I woke up with a craving for them and Chris was cooking for me, so I wasn't going to toy with cravings, nor ruin the 'waited on' circumstance!
