Manic Monday

Breakfast:
yogourt & granola
small glass of fruit/veggie juice

Morning snack:
coffee
Trail Mix granola bar

Lunch:
1 slice of 12 grain bread, buttered (Becel margarine)
frozen Highliner shrimp/wild rice dinner
banana

Afternoon snack:
hummus, 1 1/2 flatbread crackers, & carrots
grapes

Supper:
chicken, green pepper & rice with salsa mixed in, and topped with tex-mex cheese (really good!)
yogourt with chocolate chips
