Breakfast:
bowl of yogourt & granola
fruit/veggie juice
Lunch:
egg salad sandwich on 12 grain toast
banana
green tea
Supper:
leftover chicken/rice/salsa/green peppers rolled up in a sun-dried tomato wrap, toasted. It was delish.
Night snack*:
1 small apple & 1/2 banana with peanut butter (light)
sleepy-time tea
*I had an excruciating urge for chips. Luckily there were none in the house.
