Wednesday

Breakfast:
yogourt & granola
small glass of fruit/vegetable juice

Morning snack:
coffeeTrailmix granola bar
clementine
*painful green tea mishap*

Lunch:
Egg salad sandwich
yogourt
clementine
*on account of painful green tea mishap the soup that was to go with my sammich had to sit, untouched, in my lunch bag.

Afternoon snack:
grapes
10 Snackwell crackers (the salt in the crackers didn't help my plight with the post-painful green tea mishap, however)
havarti cheese (mmm havarti)

Supper:
baked salmon
mashed potatoes
broccoli

Yay me...no junk today :)
