Wednesday

Breakfast:
the usual oatmeal concoction with PB, banana, choc chips & almonds
coffee

Snack:
All-Bran bar
grapes

Lunch:
spinach salad with cucumber, green pepper, mushrooms, grated cheese
2 boiled eggs
1 small bag (33 gram serving) of Crispy Minis
rest of grapes

Snack:
granola, yogourt & blueberries

Supper:
garden salad
2 small fish cakes
peppermint tea & 100 cal Reese bar for dessert (Mummy & me night ;))

Snack:
bowl of Corn Bran
