Breakfast:
oatmeal with 1/2 banana, 10 dark choc chips, PB & slivered almonds
coffee

Snack:
granola, yogourt & strawberries

Lunch:
leftover BBQ'd chicken,
corn
baked potato
pudding cup

Snack:
1 Babybel cheese round
grapes

Supper:
maple glazed chicken
mashed potatoes
green & yellow beans
