granola, yogourt, mixed melon & 1/2 banana
coffee

Snack:
"All Bran" bar
1/2 banana

Lunch:
spinach salad
frozen shrimp/wild rice Highliner dinner
choc pudding

Snack:
"Oatmeal to Go" bar

Snack:
granola, 1/2 banana, yogourt & choc chips
