Saturday

Breakfast:
granola, yogourt, 1/2 banana & melon

Snack:
"All Bran" bar

Lunch:
greek salad
2 slices of 12 grain toast

Snack:
grapes
1/2 banana

Snack:
Trail mix granola bar

Supper*:
Italian wedding soup
"New Yorker" pizza
small bit of ceasar salad
small portion of a funnel cake

*Chris treated me to supper at ESM's ...the 'healthy' choices looked oh so boring, so we split a "Duo" meal. It was tasty...though I did wake up at 2am with horrific heartburn. Guess I proved what was causing that all along...crap food.
