Monday

Breakfast:
granola, yogourt, mixed fruit (melon, 1/2 banana)
coffee

Lunch:
pita sandwich with hummus & veggies
glass of chocolate milk

Snack:
"All Bran" bar

Supper:
2 slices of the leftover "Balance" roasted vegetable pizza
spinach salad
1 plum

Snack:
hummus and flatbread crackers

Snack:
I'm back on late shifts this week, so was really hungry when I got back home so I had a bowl of cereal and a tea
