Breakfast:
granola, yogourt, 1/2 banana, strawberries & mixed melon

Snack:
"All Bran" bar

Lunch:
baked potato
grilled chicken sandwich (a la Wendys)

Supper:
chicken, veggie & pasta soup
2 slices of homemade bread toasted

Snack:
granola, yogourt & choc chips
