Breakfast:
granola, yogourt, 1/2 banana, mixed melon, strawberries
Snack:
coffee
small choc chip/banana muffin courtesy of the lovely Joan. I said no at first, but changed my mind, and it was delicious.
Later in the morning: grapes
Lunch:
1 slice of leftover "homemade" Greek pizza
spinach salad
hummus & carrots
Snack:
hummus and flatbread crackers
Supper:
1/8 lb turkey sandwich from Urban Eatery (**soooo delish!)
coffee
a supremely amazing double chocolate cookie that was worth every bit of 'cheating' on a healthy eating day
Snack:
popcorn
