Breakfast:
granola, yogourt, strawberries, 1/2 banana (and intended mixed melon...until said melon found their way allll over my kitchen floor. Let's just say it was a bad start to the day).
coffee
Snack:
"All Bran" bar
grapes
Lunch:
spinach salad
"Lean Cuisine" shrimp & whole wheat pasta dinner
Snack:
hummus & carrots
Supper:
spaghetti with whole wheat pasta (I know, I know, for shame...two meals with 'pasta'. I can't complain since supper was waiting for me by the time I finally got home from work. I'm also out of spinach, so I couldn't even add a salad).
