Monday

Breakfast:
granola, yogourt, mixed melon

"Snack" (wierd shift at work this week...11:15 am start, til 7:45 pm, which will undoubtably screw up the eating routine):

2 slices of 12 grain toast with peanut butter
glass of milk

Snack:
"All Bran" Bar
grapes

Lunch:
slice of greek pizza
spinach salad

Snack:
grapes
2 Babybel cheeses

Snack:
granola/yogourt & choc chips
