Friday

Breakfast:
granola, yogourt and 1/2 banana
coffee

Lunch:
2 slices of brown bread toasted
tomato soup
glass of chocolate milk

Supper:
spinach salad with peppers, mushrooms, cucumber, red onion & grated cheese
small portion of whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce
2 "Simple Pleasures" cookies
chocolate milk
