Wednesday

Breakfast:
granola, melon & 1/2 banana, with yogourt

Lunch:
2 slices of 12 grain toast with peanut butter
glass of chocolate milk

Snack:
"All Bran" bar
grapes

Supper:
frozen shrimp/wild rice Highliner dinner
spinach salad with baby spinach, peppers, red onion, cucumber, mushrooms & cheese
2 pieces of melba toast

Snack:
1 plum

Snack:
bowl of Oatmeal Crisp
