Breakfast:
granola, melon & 1/2 banana

Lunch:
pita sandwich with veggies & hummus
glass of chocolate milk

Snack:
"All Bran" Bar

Lunch:
egg salad sandwich on toasted 12 grain bread
spinach salad
1 plum

Snack:
melba rounds with light veggie cream cheese

Snack:
small chicken schawarma from Pita Express
