Breakfast:
oatmeal with strawberries and 1/2 bananaglass of 1% milk
"Oatmeal to Go" bar
spinach salad
tuna sandwich on a pitaa few carrots and hummus
Snack:
carrots and hummus
Supper:
2 slices of homemade Greek pizza *(don't get too excited when I type "homemade"; there was a package of thin crust multi-grain flatbread pizza shells and sauce at Sobeys. I just slapped it on a pizza pan, added some peppers, onion and feta, et voila..)
spinach salad
glass of 1% milk
Snack:
Vanilla Nut tea
2 shortbread cookies (like I said, if'n there in my house, consider them in my belly)
