yogourt & granola with 1/2 banana
glass of chocolate milk
Lunch:
2 egg omelete with mixed veggies
2 slices of 12 grain toast
Supper:
baked salmon
jasmine rice
mixed veggies: broccoli, cauliflower, & carrots, and corn
Snack:
bowl of Oatmeal Crisp
