Tuesday

Breakfast:
granola, yogourt & fruit (mixed melon & a 1/2 banana)
small glass of V8 fusion
coffee

Lunch:
pita sandwich with veggies & hummus
glass of chocolate milk
1/2 c. cottage cheese

Snack:
"All Bran" bar
grapes

Supper:
toasted egg salad sandwich on 12 grain
spinach salad
1 plum

Snack:
hummus with flatbread crackers

Snack:
bowl of Oatmeal Crisp
