Breakfast:
granola, yogourt and mixed fruit - today I added a few frozen blueberries to the mix and I tell you, it made it even MORE delicious!
coffee
Snack:
"All Bran" bar
1/2 banana
Lunch:
spinach salad
tuna wrap
choc pudding cup
Snack:
flatbread crackers
2 Babybel cheeses
Supper/snack:
granola, 1/2 banana, blueberries & choc chips
handful of Crispers again (gotta get rid of them)
