Breakfast:
granola, yogourt, few choc chips (I ran out of fruit for breakfast and just the cereal & yogourt felt too empty - ha!)
Lunch:
coffee
bagel with egg & cheese
Supper:
I could 'cheat' and list a bunch of vegetables here because I technically did eat vegetables...but let's face it...it was Chinese food, so the health factor in those veggies is questionable, at best... so I had a healthy portion of beef & broccoli, moo goo guy pan, shrimp-fried rice, and 2 delicious egg rolls. Not to be outdone, I also topped it off with a peppermint tea (Mummy always needs her Timmy's coffee after a big meal) and a mini Kitkat.
Observation: This "healthy eating" thing seems to be lost on the weekends.... :S Zero deprivation, right?
