Friday

Breakfast:
bagel with cream cheese
tea

Break:
coffee
"All Bran" bar
grapes

Lunch:
potato & vegetable soup
2 slices of homemade bread, toasted with margarine
raw veggies (few carrots, cucumber, broccoli & cauliflower; watermelon & strawberries)

Snack:
yogourt, granola & a sprinkle of choco chips

"Supper":
It's movie night so supper will again be popcorn and pop :)
