Saturday

Breakfast:
bowl of Oatmeal Crisp
coffee

Lunch:
2 slices of toast with peanut butter
glass of milk
2 "Rice Krisipie" straws

Supper:
leftover shrimp/rice & pea dish

Snack:
bowl of chocolate frozen yogourt (not the same as ice cream, but it'll do in a pinch!)
