Breakfast:
yogourt, granola, strawberries & 1/2 banana
coffee

Break:
"All Bran" bar
a few grapes (til I tasted mold :S)

Lunch:
spinach salad
2 hard-boiled eggs

Snack:
Triscuits & cheese

Supper:
bagel & cream cheese
