Wednesday

Breakfast:
granola, mixed fruit & yogourt
coffee

Snack:
"All Bran" bar
grapes

Lunch:
The other half of that delicious, delectable lasagna (thank you, thank again Rose!)
spinach salad

Snack:
hummus & flatbread crackers

"Supper":
2 slices of homemade bread toasted, with peanut butter. Homemade bread is terribly hard to pass up!

  1. There is nothing better than nice fluffy bread with smooth sensuous peanut butter. I love when it sticks to the roof of my mouth. Such a nice feeling.
