Friday

Breakfast:
yogourt, granola, mixed fruit
coffee

Snack:
tuna wrap

Lunch:
Mediterranean panini sandwich
choc monkey smoothie (Again from my new favorite eating place, the Juice Zone - Just when I thought it couldn't get any more delicious...it did!)

Snack:
popcorn, diet rootbeer & a few Crispers
