Friday

Breakfast:
granola, yogourt & mixed fruit
coffee

Snack:
"All Bran" bar

Lunch:
'chocolate monkey' smoothie
chicken fajita grilled wrap (both from the "Juicezone"...and if you haven't been there yet, GO! Delicious, and healthy!)

Supper:
My healthy lunch day thus far was completely nullified by the subsequent hours of the day... Chris & I stopped at Mom's to spend the evening there with Belinda & Fred. I consumed several beer (let's just say amongst 5 of us, the fridge went from full to void of all brown pops). For supper we dined on garlic fingers and pizza. Complete and utter disregard of all healthy eating habits. It was delicious though - but I did pay the price later in the evening, and into the next day.
