Thursday

Breakfast:
granola, yogourt & mixed fruit
tea

Snack:
coffee
"All Bran" bar
grapes

Lunch:
spinach salad
frozen shrimp/wild rice Highliner dinner

Snack:
hummus & flatbread crackers

"Supper":
popcorn and 2 Babybels (man I'll be glad to get this shift over to get back on regular eating intervals!)
