Starting that gross 11:00 to 7:30pm work week again...therefore mealtimes will be completely screwed up...bah! I should have totally took that into consideration before making a complete pig of myself this past weekend....aaaaanyway...
Breakfast:
granola, yogourt & mixed fruit
coffee
Snack:
"All Bran" bar
banana
Lunch:
spinach salad
bbq'd salmon
Break:
grapes
"Supper":
bagel and cream cheese
glass of milk
Snack:
triscits, cheese and dill pickles (if you've not had this combination before, I strongly urge you to try it)
