Tuesday

Breakfast:
granola, yogourt & mixed fruit
coffee

Snack:
"All Bran" bar
grapes

Lunch:
large salad with a hard-boiled egg, spinach, mushrooms, strawberries, cucumber, red onion and cheese (oh everything needs cheese)
small amount of leftover broccoli salad

Snack:
hummus with flatbread crackers

"Supper"/snack:
granola, yogourt, 1/2 banana & choc chips
crispers and a diet root beer (not the best combination...I loathe the late shift - I really, really do).
