Spinach salad, with yellow, red, orange, and green peppers, mushroom, carrot, cucumber, boiled egg, havarti and almonds
flatbread crackers & hummusa few grapes

Supper:
mashed potatoes
corn
shrimp
spinach salad with peppers & cucumbers
