Wednesday

Breakfast:
granola, yogourt & mixed fruit
coffee

Snack:
"All Bran" bar
1/2 banana

Lunch:
Leftover rice, shrimp & peas
1 Babybel cheese
choc pudding

Snack:
7 choc covered almonds (it's my Birthday week)

Supper:
bbq'd salmon
baked (bbq'd) potatoes
peas
choc monkey smoothie for dessert :)
