granola, yogourt, 1/2 banana, blueberries and strawberries (NS beauts - finally not California's!)

Lunch:
egg on a bagel, with red onion, green pepper & shredded cheese. I cooked the egg in a non-stick pan so I didn't put anything at all in the pan to "fry" it.
glass of choc milk

Supper:
veggie wrap - on a whole wheat tortilla with hummus. green, red & yellow peppers, red onion, cucumbers & feta
choc monkey smoothie
