Breakfast:
granola, yogourt & mixed fruit. I'm trying this organic granola - it's low fat, and well, low taste. Previously I'd always bought the "Our Compliments" low fat kind that didn't seem to be any worse, health-wise, and it tastes a whole lot bettercoffee
Snack:
grapes
Lunch:
Greek pasta salad
2 hard boiled eggs
Snack:
hummus & flatbread crackers
Supper:
bagel toasted with light veggie cream cheese
glass of milk
2 slices of watermelon
