Lunch:
whole wheat veggie wrap with cucumbers, carrot, mixed greens, cheese 'n hummus
glass of choc milk
watermelon slice
Supper:
1/2 of a small garlic toasted bun
chicken shawarma & Lebanese rice from Cedars
small Moo Crunch cone from Cows (Happy Birthday tooo meeee...)
I was very, very full. Uncomfortable full. Good thing Lana and I only do that twice/year (well, ....heh).
