Breakfast:
granola, yogourt, blueberries, 1/2 banana & strawberries
coffee

Snack:
"All Bran" bar
grapes

Lunch:
leftover spaghetti
choc pudding

Snack:
grapes
1 Babybel cheese
banana

Supper:
glass of choc milk
bagel
bowl of yogourt with blueberries & a few choc chips - good!
