Tuesday

Breakfast:
coffee
granola, mixed fruit & yogourt

Snack:
1/2 banana
"All Bran" bar

Lunch:
leftover spaghetti
a few carrots with hummus

Snack:
1 homemade oatmeal & raisin cookie (you just cannot refuse Joan's homemade goodies!)

Supper:
shrimp, rice & peas
