Breakfast:
yogourt, mixed fruit & granola
coffee

Snack:
"All Bran" bar
grapes

Lunch:
veggie wraps
mixed fruit

Snack:
1/2 banana

Supper:
spaghetti
a homemade chocolate monkey smoothie topped it for a delicious dessert :)

Snack:
handful of Crispers
