Breakfast:
yogourt, granola & mixed fruit
coffee

Snack:
grapes
"All Bran" bar

Lunch:
Highliner shrimp/rice frozen dinner
salad - with mixed greens, cucumber, carrot, mushroom, almonds and shredded cheese
choc pudding

Snack:
2 babybel cheese rounds
banana

Supper:
greek pasta salad
glass of choc milk

Snack:
Crispers - "They're baked, not fried!"
