Breakfast:

yogourt, granola, mixed berries
Lunch:
English muffin with egg & cheese
Snack:
green tea
Supper:
2 fish cakes
homemade brown beans
1 slice of homemade bread
glass of milk
a few small cookies
Snack:
bowl of frozen yogourt
Supper was at the W homestead, so I was finally able to hop on the scale again - well - I haven't gained anything, but I haven't lost anymore either. At least it wasn't higher...especially after all the 'treating' of late.
