granola, melon, 1/2 banana & yogourt
coffee

Snack:
"All Bran" bar
1 plum

Lunch:
turkey sandwich on a pita
spinach salad
choc pudding

Snack:
apple slices and peanut butter

Supper:
Lean Cuisine panini sandwich - chicken & tomato
