Breakfast:
granola, yogourt, strawberries, 1/2 banana, melon
coffee

Snack:
"All Bran" bar
1/2 banana

Lunch:
spinach salad
frozen Highliner shrimp & rice dinner
choc pudding

Snack:
hummus & flatbread crackers

"Supper/Snack" (god I hate the late shift):
granola, banana, & choc chips
