Tuesday

Breakfast:
granola, yogourt & mixed fruit
coffee

Snack:
"All Bran" bar
grapes

Lunch:
chicken, vegetables and rice
1 plum
grapes

Snack:
melba rounds with light veggie cream cheese

Supper:
shish touak with Greek salad (Mummy night - she always treats me to supper when we go out. This time it was Mosaic)

Dessert:
peppermint tea & a trail mix cookie
