spinach salad
egg salad sandwich on 12 grain toast
green tea
Supper:
spinach salad
tuna sandwich on a pita
small serving of seafood chowder
chocolate pudding (yummy hint: stick in the freezer for about 2 hours prior to eating...it doesn't feeze completely - the result is similar to what you get in the middle of those yummy ice cream cakes from DQ! Soooo good!)
