Monday

Breakfast:
granola, yogourt, 1/2 banana and strawberries
coffee

Break:
"All Bran" Bar
1/2 banana

Lunch:
spinach salad
turkey sandwich on a pita
chocolate pudding

Snack:
hummus & flatbread crackers

"Supper"/Snack...whatever:
granola, yogourt, strawberries & choc chips
I was still hungry so helped Chris eat a bag of microwave popcorn, too.
