Lunch:

turkey sandwich on a pita
chocolate pudding
Snack:
hummus & flatbread crackers
"Supper"/Snack...whatever:
granola, yogourt, strawberries & choc chips
I was still hungry so helped Chris eat a bag of microwave popcorn, too.
