Thursday

Breakfast:
granola, yogourt & fruit
coffee

Lunch:
2 slices of 12 grain toast and peanut butter
glass of chocolate milk
mixed melon

Supper:
small chicken shawarma
Greek salad (I threw most of it out because it did NOT keep well from last night)
3 small shortbread cookies
chocolate milk
